Sage v23 cannot connect

You are running Sage v23 and you have the correct username and password entered but it is still showing an error connecting.

  1. You must allow sage to connect
  2. Login to Sage50 as administrator, typically username manager
  3. Go to Tools
  4. Go to Allow / Authorize 3rd party applications.
  5. In the screen for the serial number and activation key please insert
    1. serial number :  sagesdo
    2. activation key : RCYLSWK
    3. Press Save
